Equipped 2 Thrive Equipped 2 Thrive is an intensive program that has been specially curated for children between the ages of 5 to 19, to equip and empower them with knowledge, skills, and practical tools to make informed decisions about their lives, that will cause them to thrive in life.

It is a year-long program that is split into 3 terms (13 weeks per term)

First Term - The Sow Term
Second Term- The Nurture Term
Third Term - The Bloom Term

Equipped 2 Thrive is run as a year long program because we want to be sure that the participants internalize the lessons that will be taught, such that they are able to make informed decisions as occasion demands.

Meet the Founder / Lead Facilitator

Sandra Oluwadare

Sandra Oluwadare is a Visionary Leader, a Certified Parenting Coach and a Child Behavior Consultant who is passionate about children living a purpose-driven life, and fulfilling their destinies in grand style.

Sandra is a Certified Practitioner of Family Systems Engineering, a Family Therapist, Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, Certified EQ Practitioner, Child Mentor, Author, and Speaker.

She is the founder, Winning in Parenting, a community set up to educate, empower and equip parents to raise wholesome and well balanced children.

With her wealth of experience, she has deployed her expertise to coach and mentor a growing clientele of parents, child minders and educators, both home and abroad, through her signature coaching and accountability comfor parents, called the Fab Parents Club, her coaching sessions, parenting courses, and books, with lots of transformational results recorded.

She has also served as a volunteer in many child related outreaches and foundations.

She is the founder, Raising Outstanding Children Academy (ROCA), a place where children between ages 5 to 19 are equipped and empowered with skills such as character development, values, leadership skills, body safety skills, and many more, to prepare them to thrive in life.

She is the convener of the Winning in Parenting Conference, an annual gathering of parents, where premium content on issues around parenting and child development are discussed with solutions proffered. It is also an awareness and sensitization event where parents are made to understand the importance of positive and intentional parenting.

She has shared her thoughts on parenting as a guest expert on TVC, STV, Spice TV, Channels TV, Hi Impact TV, Womens Radio, Inspiration FM, and also as a columnist on Naija Times, an online news portal.

Sandra believes that the family is the bedrock of society, and is therefore committed to her work with parents to raise wholesome and well-balanced children who would make a formidable impact in their world.

She’s happily married to her dear husband, and a mum of 2 adorable children.
